Claire Russell
has spent most of her career working within the legal profession.
She started her career at a prominent solicitors’ practice
in Brighton where she specialised in litigation. After obtaining
her legal qualification Claire pursued her passion for interior
design. She set up her own successful interior design business
in Chester working on both private and commercial projects.
Prior to moving to the South West she won a ‘Cheshire Woman
of the Year’ award for Professional Achievement and Service
to the Community.
Since 2000 Claire has worked at two leading
sets of Chambers in Bristol. As well as being responsible
for diary organisation, practice management and fees negotiation,
Claire also undertook a leading role in the marketing of
Chambers.
One of Claire’s main strengths is her motivational
skills. Over the years, lawyers have had thrust upon them
increasing demands of compliance and administration. Whilst
themselves good lawyers, limited time and resources prevent
them from effectively managing their practice and thus they
under-achieve in both profitability and job satisfaction.
Through Russell Killah, Claire aims to advise, support and
inspire clients to both realise and achieve success.
Claire
still works freelance in the legal sector. She is also a
member of The Law Society’s Law Management Section.
